Local and rider-owned companies are integral to keeping the soul of snowboarding alive and keeping corporate fatheads from ruining the things we love by trying to constantly turn a profit at any cost. This is part of what all those “occupy” protests you keep hearing about are trying to say.
So if you don’t feel like going to hang out at a protest with a bunch of bongo drummers you can still contribute by supporting rider-owned companies like NOW as well as any small businesses within your own community.
