Yesterday, the Mountain Life crew decided to take a ‘flex’ Friday and hit the river. We also hit a bunch or rocks, froze our fingers and feet, got knocked down by many Class III rapids, all while watching bald eagles eagles soar above us and the spawning salmon struggle below. Happy Friday indeed.

Jonny B paddles into the mystic. Shortly after this image was taken, the sun fell behind the mountains, robbing us of light and heat for the rest of the way.
The sport of river SUP (or Whitewater SUP) is gaining momentum worldwide as a legitimate, and some say, even funner, way of exploring rivers.
