Thanks Diana,

Plastic is the plague and we all need to do our part, as individuals, to both limit our plastic use and spread the word.

Thank you so much for this article. I can't tell you how important these reminders are. As a producer of a reusable alternative to roll plastic bags I'm constantly working to promote options to packaging waste. Most plastic is used so thoughtlessly, and though I see many folks carry a shopping bag to the grocer, it is then filled with roll plastic. Cashiers even attempt to wrap pre-packaged meats & fish in additional plastic. It's wasteful, unnecessary and toxic to our environment.

The anti-packaging campaigns need to be constant. Many people believe that most plastic is now bio-degradable, and therefore, all is right with the world. I have also seen posts that tell me drink cans are no longer packaged in wildlife detrimental plastic hoops. It indicates to me that folks think the plastic problem is over and done, yet it's barely been touched upon.

I very much appreciate the information you have shared with Ocean Gybe.
Thanks so much.

The only thing missing from this adrenaline list is Skelaton, which is certainly going to take all of these days even more over the top. : ) I've got some friends who've said it certainly is not for the faint of heart!
